We serve almost every grocery retail chain in Finland as well as the sector's specialist shops. Our operations cover three nicotine product categories governed by the Tobacco Act: e-cigarettes (vapes), e-liquids and nicotine pouches. Founded in 2011.

Retail sale of nicotine products requires a licence. Packaging requirements, nicotine limits, duty rates and licensing obligations have changed several times in recent years, and the next change is already known. Import and regulatory affairs
We bring the products into Finland and handle the obligations: product notifications and notification fees, the wholesale notification, excise duties, labelling and producer responsibility. The point of sale receives a product whose documentation is in order.
Range management
Every product goes through our assessment before it enters the range. Our range is not the widest on the market but a considered one — we act as a filter on our customers' behalf.
Logistics
Deliveries leave the Vantaa logistics centre every day. For direct delivery customers, an order normally arrives the next working day.

Check the annual supervision fee for your point of sale
Selling nicotine products requires a licence, and the municipality charges an annual supervision fee for every point of sale. By law the fee is at most 500 euros per point of sale, and in practice municipalities charge it per till. We have collected the figures for the municipalities of mainland Finland in one place.

Suomen Tuontiliike is an import and distribution company specialising in smoke-free nicotine products. Our head office is in Vaasa and logistics are handled from a centre in Vantaa operated by our partner. We are also a part-owner of companies in the sector and operate our own specialist shop chain, Nicotine.
There is a great deal of stigma and inaccurate information around this sector. We work transparently: we say plainly what we sell, we enforce the age limit without exception, and we work with substance-misuse prevention organisations. The same responsibility shows in our range decisions.
