Nicotine products for your point of sale
Chain store, service station, kiosk or independent retailer — the need is the same. The product has to be available when the customer asks for it, and the paperwork has to be in order if an inspector calls. We handle both.

Paperwork in order
We handle product notifications and notification fees, the wholesale notification, excise duties, labelling and producer responsibility. The point of sale receives a product whose documentation stands up to inspection.
Delivery reliability
Deliveries leave daily from the Vantaa logistics centre operated by our partner. For direct delivery customers, an order normally arrives the next working day.
We answer questions
Our customer service helps on +358 20 7933 010. Questions about licences, range and deliveries are answered by a person who knows the sector.
What is required of a point of sale
Selling nicotine products requires a licence. These matters must be in order before the first order — and they are worth checking even when sales have been running for years.
Retail licence
- Applied to the municipality where the premises are located
- The licence is granted per premises and per licence holder
- Product categories are declared in the application
- The licence must be displayed visibly
Obligations of the point of sale
- Products entirely out of sight — display is prohibited
- Sales from a product list, not from a shelf
- The purchase supervised by a member of staff and the age limit checked
- The self-monitoring plan kept up to date
The municipality charges an annual supervision fee for every point of sale — 500 euros almost everywhere. In practice municipalities interpret a point of sale as a till. Check the supervision fee in your municipality.
The route depends on whether you belong to a chain
If your point of sale belongs to a chain, our products travel through the chain's own logistics as part of the normal ordering cycle. If you do not, you order directly from us in the B2B portal. In both cases the product comes from the same warehouse, and the delivery terms and a description of both routes are on the wholesale page.

The form asks for the company name, Business ID, email address and telephone number. We check the retail licence and normally open the account the same working day or the next.
