Ordering

Your ordering channel depends on your point of sale

Our products can be ordered through the chains' own logistics and through the larger wholesalers. Our B2B portal serves direct delivery customers.

You use your chain's logistics

Our products travel through your chain's own logistics as part of your normal ordering rhythm. You order them just as you order everything else, with familiar systems and familiar terms. We work with almost every chain operating in Finland, and the range is determined by your chain's range decisions.

Some chains supplement their range through the main wholesalers. That too is a normal route for us — the product is the same.

Direct delivery customers

An independent retailer, service station or specialist shop orders directly from us in the B2B portal. A point of sale that belongs to a chain can order there too, if it wants to stock products outside the chain's range. The delivery leaves the Vantaa logistics centre and normally arrives the next working day; in the capital region we deliver in our own vans.

In the B2B portal you see the range, availability and your own prices. An account is opened for a point of sale that holds a valid retail licence.

Regulation

Regulation and how it changes

Selling any nicotine product requires a licence, and the rules change quickly. Standardised packaging came into force on 1 August 2026, and the requirements of the EU Battery Regulation start to apply to e-cigarettes on 18 February 2027.

We tell our customers about changes in the law well before they take effect — preferably in advance rather than at the point where the shelf holds a product that may no longer be sold. We collect the changes and their sources on our regulation pages, and licensing matters are on the page retail licence for nicotine products.

Opening an account

An account is opened for a point of sale that holds a valid retail licence. We need the company name, Business ID, email address and telephone number. We find out the rest ourselves. The form, the three stages and what you can see once signed in are described on the B2B portal's own page.
